I purchased the top of the line. Was very disappointed after I got home and looked Everything over. My car exterior was not fully clean. The mats were left dull and spotted. The center council was not cleaned. The rear window was not clean. Everything was shinny but not clean. Guess I'll need to find another car wash when I'm back in town.

I paid for the extreme shine over $50. I understand that it’s not a detailing service, but come on. The back wasn’t even vacuumed out. The mats were washed, Yes but underneath the mats were not vacuumed enough. I watched them break my back window windshield wiper off and put it back on (checked it out and it’s fine but wiggles) the seats were not vacuumed off either.

UPDATE: I talked with a manager about what to do because I was unsatisfied. They stated they would go through the was again and get it to my standard. It’s definitely better(they fixed the mat and the bugs are off) but it’s still dirty in the cup holders, and water was still dripping from the doors.(advertised that that dry the doors). I would give this a one star but the people I talked to were very kind. But I was not happy for paying $80 for the deepest clean and shine. To get sand and dirt still left in the car and the mats. And bugs still on the outside of the car. This is NOT worth it.

I paid for the top detail service. Was very excited to come have this done. I pointed out certain spots and was assured it would be taken care of. After I got in and drove to the gas station next door I noticed that it didn’t look like they did anything but a couple mins of vacuuming and cleaning the floor mats. The outside look good but the inside look unacceptable. I came back in and nicely told them that the seats were dirty and there was dirt everywhere still. I was told they don’t clean the seats with the top service unless I ask. And they sad they could have someone come out with a rag and do it quick. I told them the entire inside needed to be done again. They once again mentioned someone could just come out with a rag quick. I asked if I could get a credit or something so I could come back after work and was told they arnt going to give me a free car wash just because I didn’t ask for the seats to be cleaned. I left very upset and I feel like i spent $50 for the same thing I could get at a $9 car wash. I won’t be back. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refused

PDQ Car Wash - Green Bay Southwest always does a fantastic job, especially when you go through the full-service wash. My vehicle comes out looking spotless every time. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the woman at the counter Michelle is always such a pleasure to talk to — she truly makes the experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in both their work and their customer service. I always enjoy stopping here for my car wash needs and highly recommend them!
